Agensi Pekerjaan Tops Global Manpower Sdn Bhd was founded with a primary purpose of providing foreign & local worker recruitment and consultant services for the local & multinational companies. Since establishment, we have gathered a vast practical experience and knowledge to better understand the market trends and our clients’ requirements.
At the year 2011, we started out from a home-based office under Sancon Resources Management with a few primary customers. Looking back, it was not easy at all to sustain and grow our business, but through lots of hard work and commitment, we have gain good reputation for being responsive, honest, efficient, and customer friendly and many of our existing clients has referred us to new clients which got us to where we are standing today.
In August 2018, we expanded our business and form Agensi Pekerjaan Tops Global Manpower Sdn Bhd to accommodate a larger customer base and provide a better customer service experience.
Throughout the years in this industry, our company has emerged as one of the pioneers in the recruitment industry and we understand what are the key characteristics an excellent service provider should have for a foreign and local worker recruitment agency. We run our business not only by delivering carefully selected high quality foreign worker candidates but also by ensuring that our human resource consultant have a clear understanding of the technical and business aspects of customer’s core business by listening and acquainting with our customers in order to satisfy our customers need.
As for now, with a great respond and referral business from our clients, we have served and grow over hundreds of clients and many of them still actively outsource us for manpower management services.
